The Role
As a Sales Assistant/Key Holder, you will be responsible for assisting the store management team in the day-to-day operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial performance. You will play a key role in representing the Henri-Lloyd brand and building strong customer relationships
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and KPI performance and achieve commercial targets on shift.
- Ensure the store reflects the premium Henri-Lloyd brand standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
About you
We are looking for someone who bringsboth retail experience anda passion for the outdoors or sailing culture.You will ideally have:
- Experience working in a luxury brand.
- An interest in sailing, marine environments or outdoor performance apparel (desirable but not essential).
