The Team Lead – Trading Contracts is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of trading contracts for a defined product scope (Oil Products). The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant contract execution, while leading a team of analysts and acting as the primary operational escalation point for the Trading Front Office within the assigned product area. The position balances hands-on contract expertise with people leadership, ensuring high service levels, strong controls, and effective collaboration across Trading, Legal, Risk, and Operations.
