Role Purpose: The Grounds Manager is responsible for the planning, maintenance and presentation of all outdoor spaces of the hotel grounds to ensure a safe, attractive and welcoming environment for guests and teams. The role leads grounds operations across all seasons, supporting guest satisfaction, brand standards and biodiversity objectives. The Grounds Manager will also work closely with the Golf Manager and Head Greenkeeper to support the ongoing maintenance, presentation, and safety of the golf course and wider estate.
