About the Role: Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and well-being? We are seeking an effective administrator to provide an efficient, proactive service that supports the school and its parents. Within this role you will be working 8 hours a week, during school opening hours on a term time only basis (38 weeks per academic year). Actual working pattern to be agreed with the successful candidate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support, preferably in a school environment
  • Liaising with staff and parents and providing verbal and written information
  • Using finance systems and school management information systems
  • Raising purchase orders and sales invoices
  • Understanding the importance of confidentiality
  • Understanding safeguarding procedures and ensuring that the correct paperwork is in place to ensure a safe and nurturing setting for all children
