CLEANER REQUIRED FOR AN IMMEDIATE START. We are seeking to appoint a Cleaner to be a key member of our team undertaking the day to day cleaning of the school site. Duties will include dusting, polishing, vacuuming and bin emptying. Working within this role you will ensure the school is a safe and clean environment to meet the needs of our pupils.

The successful candidate will have experience of cleaning in a work or domestic environment and want to be part of our successful school. The working pattern for this role is 10 hours per week, 2 hours a day. The working pattern can be flexible either in the morning prior to the school day starting or after school in the afternoon 15:15 to 17:15 over 40 weeks per year – standard term time plus an additional 2 weeks. Pay grade 3, Β£12.85 per hour.

Gunthorpe Primary School is a member of the Soke Education Trust. The Trust comprises of six primary schools in the local area. Soke Education Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The Trust will require the successful candidate to provide satisfactory references and undertake an Enhanced Check with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
