We are looking for an efficient Office Services Executive to join our busy post team in London. The successful candidate will ensure the post is processed efficiently and correctly, as well as undertaking other administrative tasks to help lawyers run their practices effectively. The role requires excellent client service and administration skills. Previous experience in the legal sector is desirable but not essential.
- Working with the Office Services Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Supporting partners with client hospitality including meeting and greeting clients, setting up meeting rooms, providing refreshments and being on hand to deal with any ad hoc requests.
- Liaising with the building team to manage bookings of external meeting rooms and events.
We are looking for an organised and efficient individual with excellent Microsoft Office skills and a good understanding of the mechanics of an office. A helpful and approachable individual with excellent interpersonal and client service skills. Confident building relationships with first-rate written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service, with a can-do attitude. High level of administration and IT skills. Work confidently in a busy team office environment.
