- Build trusted relationships with clients, agents, lenders and other professional advisers.
- Anticipate issues before they arise and identify practical solutions to keep transactions moving.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through responsiveness, attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the practice by identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships.
- Act as an ambassador for both the team and the wider firm.
- Support and collaborate with colleagues, contributing positively to a high-performing and entrepreneurial team environment.
About You
The successful candidate will be:
- A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2–5 years' PQE in commercial real estate.
- Comfortable taking responsibility and experienced in managing their own caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Commercially minded and confident communicating directly with clients.
- Organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities.
- Solutions-focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys working with clients and professional contacts.
- Ambitious, motivated and keen to develop their career within a growing practice.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who will be a great addition to the team. We work hard, care deeply about our clients and take pride in delivering an excellent service. We are ambitious and driven, but we also believe work should be enjoyable and that hard work should be rewarded.
