A reputable Real Estate Partner in Southport is looking for a driven and entrepreneurial solicitor to join his close-knit team of three.

We’re looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join us, working closely with a highly entrepreneurial Partner who’s involved in everything from social care and restaurants to music studios housing some big names. If you have an interest in these industries and want to get involved beyond a typical solicitor role, this could be a great fit for you!
You’ll spend around 75% of your time on real estate work (landlord and tenant matters, with any development experience being a bonus) and 25% on commercial contracts, giving you a mix that keeps your day interesting.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a role that also touches on renewable energy and construction, offering room to grow, learn, and work on exciting projects within a supportive, ambitious environment.
- Dealing with acquisitions, disposals, and ongoing management of commercial leasehold properties, including drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for leases and ancillary leasehold documentation.
- Dealing with acquisitions and disposals of freehold properties, including dealing with conditional agreements, overage agreements and option agreements.
- Dealing with property investment transactions, including portfolio acquisitions and disposals.
- Dealing with property due diligence on real estate finance transactions
- Dealing with property elements of business sales and purchases
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of real estate law and a desire to expand their expertise within a well-regarded real estate team with the north-west.
Essential Experience:
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (open-minded to PQE)
- Significant experience in commercial real estate matters.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage client expectations and deliver high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- A collaborative approach, with a willingness to work closely with team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent service.

- Manage a diverse caseload of real estate matters & commercial contracts.
- Ensure proactive and efficient management of each case from inception to completion.
- Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients, as well as associated professionals, building trust, confidence and reliability.
- Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing the market reputation of the business.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and creative thinking.

Working Arrangement:
