This is a temporary contract available immediately, until Friday 11 September 2026.

We are looking for an efficient Office Services Executive to join our busy Office Services Team in Manchester. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the smooth running of the post, other administrative tasks and front of house functions to help our partners run their practices effectively. The role requires excellent client service and administration skills. Previous experience in the legal sector is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will be resilient, commercially driven, and champion our culture and values being Compassionomics, Laser-like Focus, Humour, and being Boundaryless.

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with incoming, outgoing post, partner requests, couriers, printing, hot desk bookings, client room bookings, binding, photocopying or scanning plus any other adhoc admin where necessary to support the Office Services Team and its partners.
  • Supporting and managing a central inbox for partner requests.
  • Assisting with partner requests.
  • Organising outsourcing solutions for partners.
  • Support front of house, meeting and greeting clients, providing refreshments.
  • Ad-hoc administration tasks such as delivering by hand court documents, arranging couriers, logging post charges, binding, photocopying, scanning, paginating, filing, ordering of stationery and gifts and supporting the event and recruitment team with administration tasks.

  • Proven experience working in an administrative role in a busy team environment.
  • Excellent listening skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Client service oriented.
  • Reliable, keeps commitments and pro-active.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills and thrives on meeting exacting deadlines and delivering exceptional service to internal clients.
  • A calm, professional, welcoming approach with a lively interest in business coupled with strong Microsoft Office skills.
