gunnercooke LLP is seeking a Non-contentious Construction Solicitor at NQ–2 PQE to join a five-person team, handling non-contentious matters for clients across England and Wales.

The role is based in London with hybrid working and occasional office attendance.

You will advise on building contracts, development agreements, collateral warranties and related documents, while supporting the real estate, banking and corporate teams on construction-related transactions.
