Due to continued success, our reputable Family Partner is looking to further expand his team with the addition of a paralegal. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of Family Law and assist in a varied caseload. The caseload includes but is not limited to divorce & separation, financial remedy & private children arrangements with a focus on non-court dispute resolution.

The ideal candidate will be able to commute to our Sheffield office on a hybrid working arrangement.

  • Preparing letters and legal documents with precision and accuracy.
  • Drafting and preparing a variety of legal documents, including pleadings.
  • Reviewing and proofreading legal documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Filing legal documents with the court and ensuring compliance with procedural rules.
  • Monitoring and tracking court deadlines and filings with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintaining a positive and cheerful demeanour to build excellent working relationships with a wide variety of colleagues and partners.

Ideally, completed law degree undertaken family law as a module on undergraduate degree. Paralegal experience preferred but not necessary.
