Due to continued success, our Real Estate Finance partner is seeking the addition of a Solicitor 1-3 years PQE to join their high calibre, growing team in our London office.
We are looking for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor 1-3 years PQE to join our Partner’s fast-growing team! You will have the opportunity to develop into a strong technical lawyer, working alongside reputable Partners. Getting involved in a varied workload, developing your networking and overall professional acumen skills.
This established and expanding Real Estate Finance Team has extensive expertise in the specialist secured lending industry. Their primary clients are specialist property finance lenders (bridging and development), whom they support with unregulated loan originations. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, growing team eager to develop and build relationships with both new and existing clients.
You will be a qualified solicitor 1-3 years PQE. You will have experience in residential and commercial real estate and real estate finance. The ability to meet the challenges posed by demanding clients and tight deadlines without compromising work quality or service.
- Undertake a varied caseload of commercial real estate (landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals etc) and property finance matters including property acquisition, investment, and bridging and development finance.
- Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing lender clients and associated professionals, building trust, confidence, and reliability.
- Identify and cultivate new relationships with lenders in the commercial lending market.
- Attend exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote the company and build relationships with lender clients.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, proactivity, and creative thinking.
