As we grow it’s important to maintain a solid internal communications strategy to ensure our culture remains consistent and key messages can be shared in a clear and timely way. The Role Reports to: Head of Marketing The Digital Marketing Executive will work with the Head of Marketing and wider marketing team to drive digital content for the firm. The role will include running gunnercooke social channels, managing digital campaigns, websites, CRM, newsletters and paid campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international firm and help to drive its vibrant culture through a range of communications tactics. Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for the company, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels • Identify, analyse, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimise user experience • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content • Create and manage content for the company’s social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication • Updates to the firm websites including using SEM Rush as a SEO tool • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing to maximize ROI. • Work with Meta, YouTube, and TikTok Ads to expand reach and engagement (social ads experience desirable). • Produce weekly and monthly stat reports to demonstrate the impact of digital comms • Manage “mini” digital marketing campaigns for Partners including HubSpot landing pages, paid social, PPC and emails • Manage and maintain the contact database on HubSpot. • Set up and maintain our events and conversion points on GA4 • Create engaging digital assets using Canva for email campaigns, social media, and advertisements. • Develop and optimise landing pages, blogs, and website content using HubSpot. The Person Skills and Abilities • Creative storyteller with written and visual communication skills, able to draft a range of engaging content. • Outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills and thrives on meeting exacting deadlines and delivering exceptional service to internal clients. • Strong IT skills and confident using digital systems and software including Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Sharepoint and HubSpot. • Basic design skills using programmes such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop or InDesign. • Proven experience in on-page and off-page SEO, with a track record of successful optimization. • Strong PPC experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads. • Familiarity with Meta, YouTube, and TikTok Ads is a plus. • Skilled in HubSpot use Personal Attributes • Be able to maintain a positive and cheerful demeanour to building excellent working relationships. • Be very people oriented – want to be helpful and sort things out for people. • Thrive on spinning many plates with a cool head. • Knowledge of digital systems such as HubSpot. • Experience of working in a busy office environment. • Experience of working with creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or Canva.
