A Utilities Subcontractor based in Hampshire is looking to recruit an Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The Role:
- Assisting with the commercial management of utility projects
- Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts
- Supporting subcontractor procurement and account management
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget
- Assisting with NEC contract administration and commercial processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within construction or utilities
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the utilities sector
- NEC contract knowledge preferred but not essential
- Degree qualified or equivalent preferred
