I am recruiting for a well known and well respected Specialist Recruitment Agency. They are looking for a sales oriented and experienced Recruitment Consultant to run a warm desk. They are also open to Senior or Principal Consultants for this lucrative role.
Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based near Fareham; with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their hiring needs, sourcing and interviewing prospective candidates, and managing the recruitment lifecycle. The role will also involve consulting services, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring successful placements.

- Strong skills in Consulting and Interviewing candidates
- Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining relationships
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Business Development experience is essential
