GUNN JCB is seeking a Service Controller to join our Shrewsbury depot. In a busy office, you will support the service controller, handle calls, raise job cards and estimates, and coordinate with engineers and customers to deliver timely breakdown responses.
The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a proactive, can-do attitude. Experience in construction/plant hire is beneficial.
