Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Parts Supervisor role based at the Altrincham depot. The Parts Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the parts department, including stock control, ordering, goods‑in processing, and accurate inventory recording. The role involves supervising and supporting the parts team, planning workloads, monitoring performance, and ensuring that customer and internal service levels are consistently met. The Parts Supervisor will work closely with service and sales colleagues to identify parts requirements, prepare quotations, and process orders efficiently. Daily responsibilities also include delivering excellent customer service at the counter and by phone, resolving queries, maintaining a safe and tidy workplace, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory skills, with experience leading, motivating, and developing a team in a parts, service, or similar environment.
  • Proven customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships, handle queries professionally, and resolve issues promptly.
