Core Responsibilities

  • Preparation of management accounts and variance analysis
  • Produce annual budgets across the group
  • Preparation of statutory and consolidated accounts for the group
  • Coordinate the annual audit with external auditors
  • Preparation of corporation tax returns
  • Work closely with the finance team on all transactional finance activities within the business
  • Ensure appropriate accounting controls are in place across the business
  • Engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including the board

Additionally, ad‑hoc commercial duties will be aligned to business demands. The role offers progression and development within a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills in all forms are essential.

Qualifications

  • Fully qualified accountant with hands‑on accounts preparation experience.
  • Ideal candidates are recently qualified, with audit background considered; fully qualified only.
