Design Project Manager

Location: Petworth, West Sussex

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Full-time, on-site position within Residential Operations, reporting to the Senior Design Manager / Operations Director.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CAD and Revit design project drawing packages.
• Prepare builders' work and service schedules.
• Develop risk assessments and method statements.
• Complete ad-hoc design work as required.
• Attend design team meetings and liaise with end clients, architects and interior designers, building effective working relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team.
• Perform general office administration as required.

Qualifications

• Experience and qualification in CAD & Revit is desirable.
• Knowledge or previous experience within the construction industry is preferable.
• Formal industry qualifications such as HND or CIOB are beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and ability to read and interpret architectural and structural technical drawings and schematics.
• Self-motivated with ability to self-manage and work independently.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external parties.
• Swimming pool design knowledge is preferable but not essential.
• Practical mindset, logical thinking, adaptability, hard work, organisation, and conscientiousness.
