Job Description & Role
The role includes and is not limited to the below:
- Ensuring all SOP’s that are laid out by senior level management are followed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Representation at various Trade Shows and expected to be part of the logistics and build-up process.
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Taking and processing orders
- Responding to emails from customers
- Being Adaptable to various different roles in busy periods
Candidate Profile
- Background/Knowledge of Firearms trade/ Shooting sports advantageous but not necessary.
- Knowledge and experience of working in different departments in retail would be an added advantage.
- Customer service oriented, prompt and driven to solve customer grievances.
- Fluent English imperative, knowledge of an additional language a benefit.
