Sales advisor & delivery driver
Description of role
The role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment, assisting customers in-store, handling telephone inquiries, and processing orders. Additional responsibilities include undertaking weekly or fortnightly deliveries across England and Wales to fulfil online orders. Duties include:
- Serving customers and providing product advice
- Managing telephone and email inquiries
- Picking and checking online orders, including air weapon quality control
- Receiving and organizing new stock deliveries
- Planning delivery routes, contacting customers, and ensuring smooth deliveries
- Representing the company professionally during deliveries and assisting customers as needed
Place of work
Hybrid role based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, with travel across England and Wales for deliveries
Required qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of driving experience with a clean driving license
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and phone communication skills
- Retail and/or sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of shooting and airguns beneficial, but willingness to learn required
- Ability to pass police background checks for inclusion on the company's Registered Firearms Dealer Certificate (clean criminal record required)
