Location: London Waterloo. Hybrid working applies with 3 days in the office, 2 at home.
About the role:
Imagine stepping into a role where your curiosity is your superpower. From day one, you’ll be the friendly face behind first-line IT support, helping colleagues solve everyday tech challenges from password resets to account unlocks and more. You’ll help our IT Team by updating asset management and stock management systems and work closely with HR on Joiner, Movers, and Leavers processes. You’ll quickly become the person our teams rely on, and you’ll love the satisfaction of making someone’s day easier.
You’ll be part of a global team, working closely with our colleagues in China. It’s fast-paced, yes but you’ll thrive in the rhythm, learning how to manage a high volume of tickets while staying calm, focused, and kind. You\’ll learn when to fix directly, and when to escalate, building your skills and confidence along the way.
You\’ll work under the wing and guidanceof our superstarService DeskAnalyst.Together, you’ll dive into more complex projects that stretch your thinking—like understanding system dependencies, refining internal directory structures, and improving how we work behind the scenes.
And there’s more. You’ll also have the chance to shadow our InfoSec specialist, gaining exposure to cybersecurity and learning how we protect our people and data.
