Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Chilled Warehouse
Minimum 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7. Various shifts from 04:00. Overtime paid at 1.25x after 40 hours.
We are recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a modern chilled warehouse operation in Tewkesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a stable role with ongoing training and genuine career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Counterbalance FLTs safely within warehouse and loading areas
- Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Pick and prepare customer orders
- Carry out stock replenishment and stock rotation
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and health & safety
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure orders are dispatched on time
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (renewed within the last 3 years)
- Previous FLT experience within warehouse, FMCG, food production, or distribution environments
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Flexible and reliable approach to shift work
- Own transport required due to early start times
