The Rota Nanny must have excellent organisation, communication and teamwork skills, be able to work independently and as part of a nanny team. The household is fully staffed, so the primary focus is on caring for the child, while also supporting the wider family and household staff.

Additional expectations include keeping up with administrative duties and planning activities during school hours, and preparation for evenings, weekends and holidays.
