Overview
The Retainer Nanny will work in a fully staffed household, primarily caring for the children. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules and routines, organising activities, overseeing homework, administrative duties, nursery duties, and providing consistent care across school and vacation periods. The role also requires occasional travel to Europe and internationally during school holidays.
The Nanny should be highly organised, a strong communicator, and collaborative, able to work independently and as part of a nanny team and other household staff. Autonomy in the role is significant, so confidence in working on own initiative is essential. Experience in a rota/retainer position is advantageous, and familiarity with SEN (particularly ASC and ADHD) is desirable.
Duties
- Maintain schedules and routines for the children
