We’re excited to invite applications for a Deputy Manager to join our wonderful, friendly, and dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and caring early years professional who is passionate about supporting children, families, and staff to thrive.

Summary of role:

  • Support the Nursery Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the setting
  • Lead by example, inspiring and motivating the team
  • Help maintain high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Support planning, observations, and assessment in line with the EYFS
  • Step in to manage the setting in the Manager’s absence

Hours: 27.5 hours per week, to include two 7:30am starts and 6pm finishes to cover our before and after school club.

Working pattern: Term time only.
