A lovely family based in Islington are seeking an experienced and caring part‑time nanny housekeeper to support the care of their two children while maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming home. The role offers a fantastic opportunity for a warm, proactive and reliable candidate who enjoys balancing childcare with housekeeping responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive and nurturing care for both children.
• Supporting the 1‑year‑old’s feeding, nap and developmental routines.
• Planning engaging and age‑appropriate activities.
• Supporting school routines for the older child.
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children.
• General housekeeping and maintaining high standards throughout the home.
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas.
• Laundry, ironing and wardrobe care.
• Making beds and changing bed linen.
• Keeping the children’s bedrooms, nursery and play areas tidy and organised.
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen.
• Running household errands when required.
• Helping with pet‑related tasks when needed.
• Ensuring the home remains tidy, organised and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience caring for young children.
• Organised and able to use initiative.
• Pet‑friendly and comfortable working in a home with pets.
• Previous experience in a similar role and excellent references.
• Paediatric First Aid.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• UK work permit.
