Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Babies, Toddlers and Preschoolers Room teams
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing
- Complete observations, assessments and learning journeys
- Maintain a safe, stimulating nursery environment
- Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers
Requirements
- Level 3 Childcare qualification or above (Essential)
- Experience working in a nursery (under 2s, toddlers and preschoolers)
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
