Key Responsibilities:- Lead classroom activities and manage lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring student focus and engagement
- Create a positive, controlled, and productive classroom environment
- Support students in their learning journey, providing assistance and answering queries
- Maintain excellent classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Previous experience in an educational setting (ideal but not essential)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience is a bonus
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to communicate with confidence
- Adaptability to support a range of subjects and year groups
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to provide two years of professional references
