Responsibilities
- Providing attentive and nurturing care for the child
- Supporting feeding, nap and developmental routines
- Planning engaging, educational and age-appropriate activities
- Taking the child to local classes, parks and outings
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the child
- Encouraging learning and development through play
- Supporting toilet training when appropriate
- General housekeeping and maintaining high standards throughout the home
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
- Making beds and changing bed linen
- Keeping the child’s bedroom and play areas tidy and organised
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
