We are a friendly family based in Hornchurch (RM11) looking for a kind, caring and reliable Live-in Mother\'s Helper / Family Assistant to join our home.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys spending time with young children and would like to become part of a warm, respectful family environment.

About the role
This is a nanny-style role providing care for our 18-month-old child within a relaxed family home environment.
At times, you will be fully responsible for our child (for example, during work commitments or when uninterrupted time is needed).
At other times, care may be more flexible and shared, depending on the day.
You will also have regular breaks and downtime when the child is sleeping or when support is not required.
- Typical duties include
- Playing and engaging with our toddler
- Supporting age-appropriate activities and development
- Preparing simple meals and snacks
- Supporting daily routines and nap routine
- Taking our child to the park or local activities
- Keeping children\'s areas tidy
- Children\'s laundry and light tasks related to the child
- General housekeeping
- Working arrangement
The role is generally Monday to Saturday, with one full day off each week (to be agreed together).
Childcare support is typically required for 7-10 hours per day, depending on the weekly schedule.
Some days may require more hands-on support, while others may be lighter and more flexible.
