This position is ideal for a highly qualified Level 6 Early Years Practitioner with a childcare or early years-related degree. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location - Croydon, South London Position - Level 6 Early Years Practitioner Type of work - Leadership role overseeing the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, including planning, assessment and staff management. · Contract or position start date - September 2026 Full time/part time - Full time Salary - GBP105 - GBP120 (dependent on experience) Hours - 8:00am - 16:00pm : Mon - Fri (term time only) EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS BA Degree within Childcare, Early years, Education or the equivalent. Minimum of 2 years' experience in Early Years · Proven experience in managing behaviour and creating a nurturing, positive learning environment Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in Early Years education Experience working with children with SEN and EAL · Up to date safeguarding training TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years OTHER If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
