Kitchen Assistant - SEN School | £12-£14 per hour | September Start

Are you a reliable and capable kitchen assistant looking to make a real difference in a school setting? We're recruiting on behalf of a supportive SEN school for a Kitchen Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a meaningful role, supporting young people in a nurturing educational environment.

Hours: 9:30am - 1:30pm, Monday to Friday

Pay: £12 - £14 per hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily kitchen operations and food preparation
  • Follow health & safety and hygiene standards
  • Serve meals to children and staff with a friendly, approachable manner
  • Take instruction from the kitchen lead while also showing initiative
  • Engage positively with students

About You:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment is essential
