Key Responsibilities
- Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Plan and deliver engaging play-based activities that encourage curiosity and creativity.
- Support children's communication, language, literacy, numeracy, and social development.
- Promote confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
- Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating nursery environment.
- Work closely with experienced Early Years practitioners to meet each child's individual needs and developmental goals.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
- Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool, or Early Years setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting young children's education and development.
- A caring, reliable, and professional approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to commute to Hemel Hempstead.
