A lovely family based in Godalming, Surrey is looking for an experienced and reliable part time nanny / housekeeper / cook to support their household. They are looking for someone organised, proactive and confident who can provide a good balance of childcare, housekeeping and cooking support.

The children are aged 14 and 10, so the role would suit someone who is comfortable caring for older children and helping with their day-to-day routines. A driver is essential for the position, and the family can offer either Wednesday and Thursday half days or one full day per week.

Duties include:

• providing care and supervision for the children when required
• helping with school runs and children’s activities
• supporting the children’s daily routines
• preparing simple and nutritious family meals
• assisting with general cooking and meal preparation
• keeping the kitchen clean and organised
• carrying out general housekeeping duties throughout the home
• cleaning and maintaining bedrooms and bathrooms
• dusting, vacuuming and mopping floors
• laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and towels
• keeping the children’s areas tidy and organised
• helping with general household organisation
• ensuring household supplies are well stocked
• helping with day-to-day household tasks as required
• maintaining a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation

Requirements:

• Current Paediatric First Aid
• Current Enhanced DBS
• UK Work Permit
• Valid Driver’s License
