Position: Part Time Housekeeper Location: Lower Bourne, Surrey Start Date: ASAP Days/Hours: 2-3 days per week, 5 hours per day Job reference: 2210PTHK983 A lovely family based in Lower Bourne, near Farnham, are seeking an experienced and reliable part time housekeeper to help maintain their home and keep everything clean, tidy and organised. With two young children, including a newborn, the family are looking for someone who is proactive, efficient and able to provide excellent housekeeping support. The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping experience and be confident managing household duties independently. They should be thorough, well organised and attentive to detail, with a flexible approach to meeting the family's needs. A driver is essential for this position.
Duties include:
- cleaning and maintaining all areas of the home
- dusting and wiping furniture and household surfaces
- vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors
- cleaning bathrooms and keeping them hygienic
- maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- making beds and changing bed linen
- managing laundry, ironing and putting clothes away
- keeping wardrobes and cupboards neat and organised
- tidying bedrooms and living areas
- keeping the children's rooms and play areas clean and tidy
- washing up and cleaning kitchen surfaces
- emptying bins and replenishing household essentials
- monitoring cleaning products and household supplies
- keeping the home presentable and well maintained
- spotting areas that require extra attention
- running household errands when required
