About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Installation & Commissioning Engineer to join a leading engineering team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will be responsible for commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting refrigeration and AC systems across commercial and industrial environments.
What You Will Do
- Commission refrigeration systems to meet design specifications.
- Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.
- Respond to call-outs for repairs and servicing (UK and overseas).
- Conduct client handovers and deliver basic operational training.
- Produce detailed reports on completed works.
- Assist with build programmes and quality inspections at the main facility.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience commissioning refrigeration systems in commercial/industrial settings.
- FGAS CAT 1 certification and knowledge of BS EN378 standards.
- Strong refrigeration experience, including electrical power and controls.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and ability to obtain Security Check clearance.
