Our extremely friendly client based in Braunston is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy small team.

Main Tasks:
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer and client enquiries professionally.
  • Preparing and creating paperwork in preparation for quotations, and general office administration.
  • Conducting online and administrative searches as required.
  • Completing and submitting tender bid documentation accurately.
  • Providing administrative support to a team of surveyors.
  • Maintaining organised filing systems and office records.
  • Assisting with general office duties and daily operations.
  • Overseeing the smooth running of the office in the manager’s absence.
Person Specification:
  • Previous administration experience, within a construction or related industry would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach.
  • Friendly and approachable.
