Our partner schools are currently seeking Personal Care Support Assistants who are compassionate, reliable, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.

The Role Includes:

  • Understanding and implementing teacher instructions and classroom routines
  • Supporting children with personal care needs
  • Helping pupils retain and process verbal and visual information
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups to provide personalised support
  • Assisting with classroom activities and contributing to a positive learning environment
  • Collaborating closely with the teaching team and other support staff

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

  • Friendly, approachable, and patient
  • Experienced in working with children, particularly those with SEN or personal care needs
  • Available for full-time or fixed part-time work
  • In possession of a valid DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
