These schools are committed to providing a caring, nurturing, and supportive environment where all children are encouraged to thrive—regardless of their background, ability, or any additional challenges they may face.
Our partner schools are currently seeking Personal Care Support Assistants who are compassionate, reliable, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
The Role Includes:
- Understanding and implementing teacher instructions and classroom routines
- Supporting children with personal care needs
- Helping pupils retain and process verbal and visual information
- Working 1:1 or in small groups to provide personalised support
- Assisting with classroom activities and contributing to a positive learning environment
- Collaborating closely with the teaching team and other support staff
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
- Friendly, approachable, and patient
- Experienced in working with children, particularly those with SEN or personal care needs
- Available for full-time or fixed part-time work
- In possession of a valid DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
