Weâre looking for a Call Centre Executive / Customer Contact Advisor to join our onâsite team in Aylesbury. This role is ideal for someone whoâs used to working in heavily phoneâbased environments, enjoys speaking to people all day, and is confident managing a high call volume.
What Youâll Be Doing
- Making and handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls daily
- Speaking with candidates to gather information, book appointments, and update records
- Accurately logging call outcomes and notes on internal systems and CRM
- Following clear processes while working towards daily and weekly call targets
- Supporting the wider recruitment team with consistent, highâquality candidate engagement
What Weâre Looking For
- At least 1 yearâs experience in a highâvolume, phoneâbased role (call centre, customer service, outbound calling, telesales, contact centre, etc.)
- Confident, professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Comfortable working to targets in a fastâpaced environment
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage a busy workload
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
