Our client based in Aylesbury is currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with previous supervisory experience to support daily warehouse operations and lead a busy team.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: GBP29,000 per annum
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising day-to-day warehouse activities
- Leading and supporting warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets are met
- Overseeing goods in, goods out, and stock control processes
- Ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately
- Maintaining warehouse health & safety standards
- Assisting with training and development of warehouse team members
- Supporting operational improvements and workflow efficiency
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Knowledge of stock management and warehouse procedures
- MHE experience/training is advantageous but not essential
