This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to take ownership of daily warehouse activities, lead a motivated team, and help drive high standards across the warehouse operation.

Duties
- Lead, motivate and support warehouse operatives to meet targets
- Allocate workloads, monitor performance and lead daily briefings
- Train, coach and guide warehouse staff
- Support goods in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
- Ensure accurate stock receipt, recording and rotation within SAP
- Maintain stock accuracy through checks and stock takes
- Supervise order fulfilment, vehicle loading and timely dispatch
- Resolve stock discrepancies, shortages and operational issues Maintain housekeeping, health, safety, and compliance standards
- Deputise for the Warehouse Manager when required
Experience
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor role
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management processes
- Experience using warehouse management systems, including SAP
- Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills
- Strong organisational and workload planning abilities
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Hands on approach with the ability to support operational activities when needed
- Forklift licence and driving experience
