This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to take ownership of daily warehouse activities, lead a motivated team, and help drive high standards across the warehouse operation.

Duties

  • Lead, motivate and support warehouse operatives to meet targets
  • Allocate workloads, monitor performance and lead daily briefings
  • Train, coach and guide warehouse staff
  • Support goods in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
  • Ensure accurate stock receipt, recording and rotation within SAP
  • Maintain stock accuracy through checks and stock takes
  • Supervise order fulfilment, vehicle loading and timely dispatch
  • Resolve stock discrepancies, shortages and operational issues Maintain housekeeping, health, safety, and compliance standards
  • Deputise for the Warehouse Manager when required

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor role
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management processes
  • Experience using warehouse management systems, including SAP
  • Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills
  • Strong organisational and workload planning abilities
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Hands on approach with the ability to support operational activities when needed
  • Forklift licence and driving experience
