We’re looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable Teaching Assistants to join fantastic SEN schools from September on long-term placements, 5 days a week!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous SEN experience OR a background working in support/care roles
- Confident supporting children with additional needs
- Comfortable providing personal care when required
- Patient, nurturing and resilient
- Reliable and committed to working Monday–Friday
- Someone who genuinely wants to make a positive difference
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Supporting pupils with their learning and development
- Providing emotional, behavioural and practical support
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Supporting with personal care where needed
- Getting involved in activities, play and classroom learning
- Helping pupils build confidence, independence and life skills
