What You'll Do:
- As a Production Operative, you'll play a key part in the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating machinery and equipment with precision and care
- Assembling components to meet production specifications
- Carrying out routine quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Collaborating with team members to improve efficiency
What We're Looking For:
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience using hand-held tools or working with fibreglass is beneficial but not essential, full training is provided
