Learning Support Assistant – Part-time, long-term role on Mondays and Tuesdays until July 2026. Duties as a Learning Support Assistant:
- Support learners in completing functional skills and vocational tasks.
- Assist with small-group and individual support to help learners stay engaged.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage participation.
- Help prepare learning materials and maintain an organised workspace.
- Work alongside tutors to reinforce key learning objectives.
- Provide encouragement, guidance, and practical help to learners facing barriers.
- Maintain accurate notes and communicate effectively with the wider team.
