What you’ll be doing:
This is a high-volume telephone-based role. You will regularly speak with residents experiencing financial hardship, food insecurity, fuel poverty, loneliness, or emotional distress. We are looking for someone who can remain calm, professional, and compassionate in challenging conversations.

- We’re seeking candidates who are empathetic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about helping others.
- You'll be an excellent communicator who can build rapport quickly, listen actively, and support residents through sensitive situations.
- Ideally, you'll have experience working with customers, service users, or vulnerable individuals and be confident handling emotionally challenging conversations.
- You'll also be comfortable managing information accurately, completing applications, and working as part of a supportive team environment.
