Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored care plans for inmates. Provide therapeutic interventions and support to individuals with a range of mental health conditions. Administer medication and monitor its effects, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Offer crisis intervention and support during periods of acute distress. Required Qualifications and Experience: Registered Nurse (Mental Health) with current NMC registration. Relevant qualifications in mental health nursing as per role requirements. Desirable Skills: Strong clinical skills with the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
