Our client is a well established and growing business seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Training Specialist to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Automotive Training Specialist or a skilled vehicle technician looking to move into technical training.
The role offers the chance to combine hands on automotive knowledge with a passion for developing others and supporting the latest vehicle technologies.
Duties
- Design, develop and deliver engaging technical training programmes.
- Deliver classroom based and practical hands on training sessions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues.
- Create and update training manuals, presentations and learning materials.
- Ensure training content reflects the latest vehicle technology and industry developments.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support product launches through the development and delivery of technical training.
- Organise training schedules and manage deadlines effectively.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Represent the business professionally at training events and customer visits.
- Travel within the UK and Europe when required to deliver training.
Experience
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle technology.
- Hands on experience repairing and maintaining modern vehicles.
- Previous experience delivering technical training would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical information to a range of audiences.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Passion for supporting and developing others.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel occasionaly throughout the UK and Europe.
