This part-time role offers excellent flexibility, with school hours available, making it ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments. You will play a key role in supporting the site's health and safety strategy, ensuring compliance with UK legislation, promoting a positive safety culture, carrying out audits and risk assessments, and working closely with managers and employees to maintain the highest standards of health and safety across the business. Sector – Manufacturing Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Health & Safety Coordinator Previous Health & Safety experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and compliance. Experience carrying out risk assessments, audits and accident investigations. Requirements for the Health & Safety Coordinator NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Health & Safety qualification. Experience delivering Health & Safety training and toolbox talks. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience maintaining Health & Safety documentation and records. Desirable Requirements for the Health & Safety Coordinator Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Internal Auditor qualification. Experience with ISO 45001 management systems. The Health & Safety Coordinator will benefit from: Flexible part-time hours (25–30 hours per week). School hours available.
