We have an amazing opportunity for a Mandarin speaking HR Director to join us at an exciting point of reset. You’ll lead the People and Talent Strategy for a fast growth tech scale-up with circa 100FTE, acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team. Our workforce planning strategy is a mix of Buy, Borrow and Build – your role will be to develop and execute plans to ensure scalability. Our goal is to quadruple our revenue in the coming years, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Organisational Design, Culture, Talent Acquisition and Management and HR Operations support this.

Location: London, hybrid working applies with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
About the role: You’ll join us as Gumtree’s first permanent HR hire, following a period of interim leadership to see us through the company buy-out. You’ll own the full remit of HR and Talent, developing a strategy that is aligned to business goals and supports our company vision. Your broad scope of responsibilities includes all the moments that matter within the Employee Lifecycle from Talent Acquisition and Onboarding to Talent Management and Organisational Development.
